These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flipoku Android mobile application (“App”), the website located at https://flipoku.com/ (“Website”), and any related content, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Flipoku is developed and operated by Harish (“Flipoku”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms in your location, please review them with a parent or legal guardian and obtain any required permission before using the Services.
1. About Flipoku
Flipoku is a logic-based tile-flipping puzzle game designed to provide entertainment, mental challenges, and problem-solving activities.
The game includes features such as:
- Tile-flipping puzzles with row and column targets.
- Multiple puzzle sizes and difficulty levels.
- Campaign levels and Daily Challenges.
- Scores, stars, achievements, and player statistics.
- Hints and optional solution viewing.
- Locally saved gameplay progress.
- Optional advertising-supported features.
Some features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the game evolves.
2. Eligibility and Children’s Use
Flipoku is intended for a mixed-age audience, including children, teenagers, and adults.
Children should use the Services with appropriate parental or guardian guidance and permission where required by applicable law.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the game’s features, advertising, and privacy practices.
Flipoku may request an age-group selection to support age-appropriate experiences and applicable privacy protections.
Users must not deliberately provide false information to bypass age-related restrictions or safety protections.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that children, parents, or guardians have under applicable law.
3. Access to the Game
Flipoku’s core puzzle gameplay is designed to work offline.
Certain features, including advertisements and external website links, may require an internet connection.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating system, or network.
Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and any internet connectivity required for optional online features.
Mobile network providers may charge data fees according to their own terms.
4. Player Profiles and Local Game Data
Flipoku does not require users to create a developer-operated online account for core gameplay.
The App may allow players to configure a local profile containing a nickname, avatar, country or Global selection, and age group.
Players are responsible for selecting appropriate nicknames and avoiding the inclusion of sensitive personal information.
Gameplay progress, scores, achievements, preferences, and other game-related information may be stored locally on the user’s device.
We cannot guarantee the recovery of locally stored information following device failure, data corruption, uninstallation, factory reset, or other events affecting device storage.
Eligible data may be restored through supported Android backup mechanisms where available, but successful restoration is not guaranteed.
5. Puzzle Rules and Gameplay
Flipoku is based on a tile-flipping puzzle mechanic in which selecting a tile changes its state and the states of certain neighboring tiles.
Players attempt to satisfy the row and column targets displayed for each puzzle.
Scores, ratings, rewards, and puzzle completion are determined by the game rules implemented in the applicable version of the App.
Flipoku may provide multiple valid solutions for certain puzzles.
We may adjust puzzle difficulty, scoring formulas, available levels, hints, achievements, or related mechanics through future updates.

6. Scores, Stars, Achievements, and Rankings
Scores, stars, achievements, and other in-game statistics are provided for entertainment and gameplay progression.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these records have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, physical products, or financial benefits.
Flipoku may correct technical errors affecting scores, rewards, or achievements.
Where reasonably necessary, gameplay records may be adjusted to address corruption, duplicate rewards, or technical inconsistencies.
We aim to preserve legitimate player progress when implementing updates or correcting errors.
7. Hints and In-Game Rewards
Flipoku may provide free hints, earned hints, milestone rewards, and other gameplay assistance.
Hints and rewards are virtual gameplay features only.
They do not represent money, digital currency, property, or transferable financial assets.
The number of available hints and the conditions for receiving additional hints may vary by puzzle size, game mode, or App version.
We may modify reward availability or gameplay assistance mechanisms when reasonably necessary for game balancing, technical maintenance, or compliance with applicable requirements.
8. Rewarded Advertisements
Flipoku may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob or another appropriately authorized advertising provider.
Rewarded advertisements may be offered for features such as additional hints or access to puzzle solutions.
Where a rewarded advertisement is available, the applicable reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the required reward conditions have been satisfied.
Closing, canceling, or failing to complete an advertisement may result in no reward being granted.
Advertisement availability depends on factors including network connectivity, advertising inventory, geographic region, age-related protections, privacy settings, and technical conditions.
We do not guarantee that rewarded advertisements will always be available.
Users are not required to watch rewarded advertisements to access Flipoku’s core puzzle gameplay.
We may offer alternative gameplay assistance or temporarily disable advertising-supported features when advertisements are unavailable or unsuitable.
Rewards obtained through advertising have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money.
9. Other Advertisements
The App may display banner or interstitial advertisements, subject to the applicable advertising policies and age-related protections.
The Website may display advertisements through Google AdSense or other authorized advertising services.
Advertisements may be provided by independent third parties.
We do not necessarily endorse products, services, or claims appearing in third-party advertisements.
Interactions with advertisers, including purchases or visits to external websites, are subject to the advertiser’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

10. No Real-Money Gaming or Gambling
Flipoku is a puzzle and entertainment game.
The game does not offer real-money wagering, betting, cash prizes, or gambling services as part of its intended functionality.
Virtual scores, hints, achievements, and rewards cannot be exchanged for real money.
Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as an opportunity to earn financial returns.
11. Acceptable Use
When using Flipoku, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to compromise the security or availability of the Services.
- Distribute malicious software through our Website or feedback channels.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected Flipoku content without appropriate authorization.
These Terms do not claim ownership of general puzzle concepts, mathematical principles, common gameplay mechanics, or other material that is not legally protectable.
Third-party software, fonts, libraries, artwork, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.
Google Play, Android, AdMob, and AdSense are associated with Google and remain subject to their respective trademark rights.
13. Limited Permission to Use Flipoku
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the App for lawful personal entertainment.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the App, its original content, or related intellectual property.
Any restrictions on copying, modification, redistribution, or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and relevant third-party licenses.
14. Third-Party Services
Flipoku may use or link to third-party services, including:
- Google Play for App distribution.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flipoku and Flipoku.com are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not make guarantees that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from technical defects.
We aim to maintain a reliable and enjoyable experience and to address reported issues where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in this section limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability

24. No Obligation to Make Purchases
Flipoku’s core puzzle gameplay is intended to be accessible without requiring purchases.
Watching optional rewarded advertisements does not constitute a monetary purchase.
If paid features or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, applicable pricing, payment, refund, and consumer information will be disclosed separately before purchase.
Any future payments through Google Play will be subject to applicable Google Play billing requirements and consumer protection laws.
